30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at support.baggle@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. As our items ship from various international warehouses to keep prices low, return shipping costs may be higher than domestic rates. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to contact us for a return, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
